"Dennis Monteiro", or "Dennis Sinned" as he's also known, is a tireless figure within the alternative São Paulo rock scene. Known for creating lyrics that think about modern relationships, writing poetic allegories about the metropolis that never sleeps and the lives of the urban beings that inhabit it, “Dennis” has already brought us his cold compositions through bands like “1983”, “Days Are Nights "," Cinzas do Tempo "among many others.

In "Dennis e o Cão da Meia-Noite" (Dennis and the Midnight Dog), “Dennis” plays with Freud's ideas by stating the tireless fight of the Superego (represented by “Dennis” himself) with ID and the Ego, marked by the figure of the “Midnight Dog”. He himself has already revealed that this solo project came to him in a mystical revelation, where the figure of the "Midnight Dog" was present and needed to emerge from this universe of shadows ... revealing a visceral and dangerous side that was unconscious until then.

You can feel all his anger thru Dennis' guitars, which breathe in the same cadence as the post-punk heroes of the 70s and 80s and add the imposing noise and distortions of the shoegaze generation to the mix.

This is the first single of the new album that will be released very soon.
